Read this news article http://in.rediff.com/news/2004/jun/27visa.htm. At the end it states that finger prints cannot be collected in the US and hence people have to travel to overseas for renewal. I fail to understand why. Is it because of some law against collecting

lack of facilities i read, logical explnataion?..., I think not, To maintain the integrity of the database doesnt sound right either hey you can transfer them either ways,...beats me(shrugs shoulders)
