I feel really bad that my first entry after having Elsa was so dark and sad. But I'm not going to minimize my feelings here. It really went to hell and unfortunately it's going to take some time and healing before I can see my daughter's birthday as a happy day only. I wish I could have been able to talk about how beautiful she is and how good
