Someone asked me this the other day as apparently the internet more generally gives conflicting and unclear messages. About 18 months ago I wrote about this very subject for my local parish newsletter, because Oxfam, for which I'm a long-standing retail volunteer, were trying to publicise the fact that they really value your ill-fitting or unwanted
