I'm pretty sure the professor is gone... So are Jack and Rose.

Well, I s'pose that can't be too bad! This way at least he's not wreaking havoc among the citizens of Discedo, after all -- we've got plenty of people doing that already!

...Right, that-- I know. Their rooms are empty.

Huh...? The Professor wouldn't do that, would he? He was already pretty nice with me.

Well, hard to say with a fellow like him! He could be quite friendly one day and trying to destroy the universe the next.

People here do seem to do that quite a bit, don't they? Well, they're certainly not the only ones, but I s'pose so, yeah.

They do. I do not know sometime if it is thing that is bad or good. I am sorry you lose your friends also though. It is sad thing.

But you make new friends, se ya? And never forget those that are gone?

Well, sad or not, they don't quite belong here, either way. They've both got to be off saving the universe and all that. S'pose I'm the same, really, but I've got plenty of time for that.

Quite bright, you are! That's very true.

You should do the same, being cautious.

Not to worry, Samus, I plan on doing just that!

I'm sorry. It appears no one can predict who will leave and when. The disappearance of friends does come as a shock, I know.

Oh, there's nothing to apologise for -- they've both got quite a lot to do at home, so it's better this way. Though you're right, it's a bit sudden. S'pose you're speaking from experience then, Ashe?

It is better to think on it that way... that they are home. Less painful, surely. I have seen many friends come and go, yes, Doctor. Both in my own world and this. But for the latter, I have faith that I shall see them again.

Quite right -- positive thinking! Really does tend to turn a situation around, I've found. I suppose as for the former, they're not in a situation where you'll be able to see them again?
