[the video begins; it doesn't seem like the Doctor quite realizes it's a video, though, because it's at a rather interesting angle, looking up at his face from below; the background seems to be the hospital]

Seven hundred seventy-seven, really! Quite a nice number, that -- rather large, though, isn't it? Even if they are...well. These. I'm not quite sure I'd like to run into that many in a dark alley or the like.
