I have in my possession a duck. I've attempted to roast a duck before and it ended disastrously. I was hoping that you might have a good recipe that isn't horribly complicated because I'm not exactly the greatest cook ever. I just want to make a decent meal for my grandmother because she's always cooking for me.

I think my husband has roasted a duck all of one time, but I've never cooked one myself.
