Blood red disk in the sky

I don't know if it was the freaky blood red sun, but I have been very active this morning. On the way home at O-GOD O'Clock, I was feeling so active I even jogged a few blocks - got to work on my breathing more. Then when I got home I decided to be enviro-friendly and bucket out the water from my shower. I carried about a dozen full buckets out
