kitties
Hi! Still here. Still pregnant, now pretty visibly so. Baby thoughts are on the pregnancy filter, if you missed it the first time and want to be added just let me know. In general things are going pretty well.

The aunt I stay with near work has one older cat. A few weeks ago she got two little kitties, brother and sister. There were adorable balls of fluff who raced around and wrestled and were the cutest. Just over a week ago (I wasn't there) one of the kitties started acting strangely. My aunt took him to the vet, but he declined really rapidly, and there was nothing they could do. :( It was some sort of neurological problem, they don't know if he hurt himself or if it was organic or what.
So sad. Little kitties should not die. My aunt was really upset (obviously) and I was sad too. The other little kitty missed her playmate. So awful.
I came to my aunt's today and there was a note saying to watch out for the kittens. She had gotten another kitty. So now there is old kitty, baby kitty, and new tiniest baby kitty. The two little ones are sort of playing together although baby kitty is more aggressive than she was with her brother. I don't think she's completely warmed up to the new one yet.
Still sad, but it is nice to see them playing. Hopefully the three of them will all be friends. (Old kitty is fine with them and lets them play with his tail, but he doesn't want to run around, and isn't allowed in their room during the day because he eats the kitten food.)
We may end up moving into the 2nd floor of my aunt's house (post-baby housing still TBD), then we would bring Socrates and have 4 cats in the house. That would be interesting.
