I just had my first proper dental cleaning in five years. My gums might never forgive me. Also, I have three cavities (though none of them where I would have guessed if you'd told me that I had three cavities), which I will be getting filled next week

Aw, that sucks.

I get loads of cavities too, if it's any consolation. i finally broke down and got an electric toothbrush like my dentist had been suggesting for years.

I floss every day, and now I use this bloody thing, and my gums still bleed. AND I don't really eat sugar. Like, I just don't know what else to do.

June will be my first appointment since I've been using the electric one, so we'll see if it made a difference.

I never used to get cavities, though! These are my first, which kind of goes to show why regular dental visits are important, though :/
