I took my cat Cleo to the vet on Sunday. I got her updated on her shots, and her blood tested. It set me back about two-hundred dollars (ouchies), because I got her vaccinated for all the outdoor bugs as well otherwise it would have been about half that. She got stuck with six needles, drops up her nose, and was force feed some deworming paste. ( Read more... )

Woot! I got my paint. I know, I know it's a bit early. However this way I can paint my room the second I arrive getting it out of the way before my furniture makes it into the room. I got Kilz paint which is this really great stuff that goes up in one coat. The color I chose (ink drop) is a beautiful dark blue/black. Color me excited!

So glad tomorrow is my last day at Hobby Lobby. Of course I'm still working Sat and Sun for Mary who needs her basement studio cleaned out and some yard work done before her 53rd B-day party on Monday. It'll be good to get that money for the upcoming month before the move. I was thinking of getting a job waiting table for my last month in town but ( Read more... )
