Well, you have to use layout overrides and codes. (At least that's what I do). I started off using the layout codes and overrides at reversescollide. They're pretty easy to follow along with. Um...as for other places, I'm not sure. I've just started using complete layouts from thefulcrum, because I'm lazy. lol I'm sure you can search for them somewhere. I hope that helped even a little bit. lol

you're welcome. The places I mentioned (reversescollide and thefulcrum) all have detailed instructions on how to do it. Personally, I don't know the codes. All I do is find a layout I like and matches the color scheme and then I just insert my header. I know reversescollide has codes to insert your own header, but thefulcrum is mainly just premade full layouts.
