good news: I just found out about the photo software Picasa 2 and so far so good. I dig it!
bad news: I still WANT to smoke.

I do the inhale thing you mentioned, sometimes, but sometimes I forget. It is a good idea though.
You know people here don't really want to hear about what I am going through, they just want to say oh that's great, or keep it up, and then move on to another topic. I can understand why they would not be interested in the topic and I am usually ok having a conversation like that sometimes, but this is something I REALLY need to talk about. I guess I really need to just find someone here in my position.

Wow, your hubby is 4 years smoke free, how exciting, AWESOME! Ok I have a few questions, if you don't mind...
1. What method did he use? patch? gum? rewards?
2. Did you act differently to help him when he first started?
3. Do you know if he still wants to smoke now?
