WHAT???

Did you know... I had to go through that automated switchboard 3 times before I found the magic pathway that actually let me talk to a PERSON... and then I had to wait another 20 minutes listening to horrible hold music, all the while the computer voice would pop on and say, 'expected wait times are longer than usual, if you'd like to call back: wed-fri when we offer more call representatives or use our automatated system...' AHHHHH! AND then... when I finally got the guy, I wouldn't let him go. I explained the situation. He gave me the number and I didn't believe him (I was thinking Nebraska University and told him as much
