I was hoping that it said something silly like "wash me" or something. That is a really funny looking snowman. What are used for the arms?

The arms were made from sleeve protectors, used in the lab, and then put on on sticks.

Ha! That's crazy about the billing and subsequent NON-service. How strange. So, what do you do? stick some card in your breaker box or something? what do you have meters like for parking but for electricity? i'm confused...

that snowman shot is GREAT!!! Can i save it??? maybe pimp it and name you as the culprit behind the snapping? you should iconisize it... it's so worthy of winter! :)

Parking fees are handled here by people. Most jobs are done by people here. For instance there is one job that exists here that I had no idea there was even a need for. In front of some stores with doors there will be either a pair or a single person to open the door for you as you enter and say "welcome" It's kind of funny 'cause most of the time the people who have these jobs look as though they are bored out of their minds before they see a person about to walk in their store.

of course you are welcome to the picture, save it, whatever
