i've actually kept this a secret (to everyone but my husband) until now - today is three weeks since i squashed nicotine! (don't tell).

actually, it's been my diet here in the country - only fresh fruits and vegetables - it seems to make me feel healthier, and cigarettes barely even enter my mind.

Yeah you must be gettin' some awesome homemade family cookin' down there. I don't know many Vietnamese dishes, but what I have tried, I really like :)
