Well I have one on each wrist. One wrist didn't hurt, and the other sorta hurt. It just depends on how far up you are planning on getting it. The closer to the hand the more it hurts..it's kinda like someone pinching your nerve ending real hard, but all of my other tattoos just kinda tickled.
