[Philly will waltz into Milly's room; he looks more radiant than usual. Mainly because he gave up using his favorite drug for lent. So to make him not think about it anymore, he's been eating more chocolate than usual. Tapping his chin, a lazy smile on his face, he begins to speak.]

Waz up Milly, why so down?

Don't get why they're trying to save face over something so foul. [ a little slurred. ] If it's not unheard of, then why don't they do something?

[ She managed to wander away Madison doesn't do anything for Lent. Hell, she's not even religious anymore because of years of hypocrisy from the church going far enough from organized religion in most forms. Overhearing things like this for years, is easily what made her lose a lot of faith in organized religion.

However, she can't exactly say to others that they should get away from religion all together. (Alright, she could, she probably has tried a few times in fact.) Although she had much commentary to say about what happened since it had made world headlines, none of what Madison had in mind would have been fitting for the situation.

Madison leaned against the door frame, cleaning her glasses while rubbing her forehead. A drink does sound good now. ] I agree.

[ he could probably rub it in - the fact that she's agreeing with him, but he's not up to it. it's not the right time. as if reading her thoughts, he gestures to the mini-fridge, drawing his knees to his chest almost self-consciously while taking drink. ]

They're jackasses.

[ It really isn't. Plus, she'd argue as foolish as he is, he has sense sometimes. She acknowledges the subtle motion, and goes to the mini-fridge, looks around in it. There, here's a drink.

After closing the fridge Madison decides to sit down. ] A bunch of assholes who are trying to cover their own tracks.

[ Opening the can, with a heavy sigh. This was humiliating. Towards Wisconsin, towards Milwaukee, towards her. Not in the sense of a humiliating loss, but humiliating in the sense they were trying to do something about it. But especially for the victims. Seeing the arguments that were being made - made her sick.

She took a long drink. ]
