[What's this? There's certainly a person in the hallway, spotted on one of Toby's rare excursions outside of his room. And he has one of those...lap computers? How strange! That, and this person looks somewhat familiar. Have they met?

Toby finds himself more than curious now to just back a beeline to his room, so he tiptoes his way over to Milton and stands before him, tilting his head in question, trying to communicate 'what are you doing?']

There's a pathetic city slowly rolling herself down the hall in a wheelchair. She can't really walk anywhere yet but she's bound and determined to at least get to the library to find something to read. She refuses to be this helpless.

As she continues slowly down the hallway, she'll look up and see, "Milton?"
