Weight: unknown, but she's slender and toned.
Medical Info: When she was about 13 Nagi spent six months in the hospital for an unknown disease that caused her unimaginable pain. The doctors were baffled and thought it was in her mind and not her body, classifying it only as some sort of "growing pains." As it turned out [spoiler] she was an MPLS and the pains were related to evolutionary growth. Scarecrow, a Towa Organization member, discovered this of her and secretly injected her with something that would halt her evolution, [/spoiler] leading to a perfect recovery.
Also, she died in Boogiepop & Others, getting her throat sliced open. Echoes used some of his life force to revive her.
Other than that, I think she's pretty normal medically.
Eyes: Brown.
Hair: Long, wavy and dark brown. Sometimes in a ponytail, usually worn down.
Physical traits: Nagi is incredibly physically fit and toned. The light novels describe her as having the face of a model. She often wears a bulletproof, synthetic leather jumpsuit insulated against electrical attacks, and steel-toed boots. Otherwise you can find her in normal apparel, like long skirts. Also, not a physical trait but Nagi uses masculine speech patterns and pronouns.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Most things.
Abilities: Skilled in Aikido and possibly other martial arts. Can use guns, stun-guns and stun-rods. Rides a motorcycle. Has been known to hack in order to gain the information she needs. Strong enough to punch someone's teeth out, break someone's arm, or grab someone by the hand and throw them a fair distance away.
Notes for the Psychics: Nagi thinks a lot more than she says. She also tends to consider herself "sick," "crazy," and "not normal."
