Just so you know, though, unless the "next town" was in another state, the law regarding parental notice/consent would have been no different from the law in your hometown. These things are decided by state, not by county or city.
Thats not my case. I live in Canada, in a town called Windsor.The woman at the teen health center told me I had to drive to Lemington about 45 minutes away, to do it without parental consent. Maybe the things are different here, but thats how mine worked.
