Yes, Evangeline Lilly is Canadian (and it slips through in her speech sometimes on the show, even), though Kate's Canadian passport was more inspired by when Kate told Ray, the farmer she lived with in Australia, that she was Canadian. I'm glad you liked the small details - thanks again :)
