I hate authors that are overnight sensations.

Except J.K. Rowling. Because I loved the HP Series, but never went any further than reading the books.

Don't you love answers like that? Oh well.

I have to admit, I'm terrible. I was completely anti-HP in high school, & hadn't even seen a single movie until OFTP came out & my husband dragged me to see it. I was a little confused so I had to go back & watch the rest of the movies. Now I am hooked, but I'm too afraid to read the books. I saw Forrest Gump & when I tried to read the book, it was nothing like the movie & I felt I had ruined my experience by seeing the movie first.

Long story short, my mind has been tainted by the HP movies that I cannot read the books for fear I will focus too much on the differences.

I know! We'll set them aflame, and see if, instead of burning to ashes the way they should, if they just sparkle instead. Douchebags.
