The preparations for the Onsen banquet are coming along quite nicely. I know this will be hard for the other employees, which is why I'll be paying out of my own pocket a bonus to all Onsen employees, based on how well they do in serving our customers. I am happy to pay a bonus, but I also want all of the employees to work hard

I appreciate the sentiment. The way I see it, it's only fair. You guys are doing extra work, so you get extra compensation. I WILL of course be expecting your best, but I intend to see that you're well rewarded for the effort.
