[Day 2; action]

[Early in the morning, before the sun is quite up, Morgiana is quietly moving about the rubble of the houses. While she is trying to stay hidden, her main goal is to find someone. Anyone, really. She'd heard of the groups for emergencies and surely, if they are still intact, they would not turn her away, right? Perhaps her not!

[ He wasn't nearby to hear the rubble, but instead came up from the other direction, navigating a bike back and forth through the debris lining what could barely be called a "sidewalk" anymore. The bike itself isn't in great shape, rusty and dented, some spokes just gone and basically looking like it'll fall apart at any minute.

It looks like he's heading back toward where their house used to be... ]

[abovelions]

[Morgiana spots his shaggy head pretty easily. She gathers herself and makes an effort to run towards Touma, without tripping, before he gets too far away.

She looks a bit of a mess, covered in dust and the like with, luckily, just a few scrapes here and there. She's glad to see him though.]

Touma!

[so_misfortunate]

Huh? [ Touma has to skid to a halt using his foot as the brake, because the handbrake cords aren't functional. He looks enthusiastic once he recognizes the voice and face of his not!sister. ] Morgiana! [ He ditches the bike for the moment, to give his legs a break. His own clothes aren't in the best shape, either, but a dirty t-shirt and some jeans with holes in them are better than nothing. ]

[abovelions]

[She slows when she's near enough to him, having to pause to catch her breath before she can say anything. Normally her stamina is not so bad, but with the situation they're in and her having not eaten in awhile, she is significantly weaker.

When she regains herself:] Are you alright? I was worried.

[ Touma puts his hands on her shoulders as she steadies herself, perhaps for a bit of balance himself. His legs haven't burned like this since running from zombie clones. ] I'm okay. I was looking for you. Are you hurt anywhere? [ Quick once-over before she can answer. ]

[abovelions]

No, nothing too bad. [she wants to ask, out of concern, where he'd been and if something had happened in his absence- but first thing is first. perhaps it is best left in his business.]

It's surprising this is all. Touma, have you heard from any others? I was searching but...

[so_misfortunate]

[ Quite relieved. ] Good. We've got to keep it that way.

[ Touma tenses up a bit, but nods. ] Yeah, a few people here and there, but what's most important is I found somewhere friends are holing up.

[abovelions]

Ah. [She sighs, also out of relief.] That is good to hear, I had hoped for as much.

You've been there already?

[so_misfortunate]

Yeah. [ His touch is lingering too long, so he'll be taking his hands back, now. ] Lots of military types hanging around, so it's going to be as safe as we can get.

[ Looking back in the direction he came from. ] But we'll have to get there, first.

[abovelions]

[Morgiana nods quickly, ready to be as helpful as she can. Actually, it was probably a bit out of the way for him to come out of safety to find her. She will have to thank him for that later.]

I can travel, even if it is far. I'm not yet so tired. [She's now looking at his bike what is this Touma.] It, on the other hand...

Huh? [ Looking down at the bike that could probably use a few new bolts and some duct tape to spruce it up. ] Oh don't give it that look, it's done a great job for being the only bike in the rack I found that wasn't a twisted pile of scrap.
