Holy smokes. I got the sense that things were pretty severe, but I certainly did not anticipate this. You have all been in my prayers daily and on the temple prayer roll since Cec first hinted at trouble.
So if the kidney inflammation caused the high BP, and the high BP caused the kidney failure, do they have any clue what caused the initial inflammation? Not that it particularly matters now, but wondering.

Laura, I am so sorry to hear this! This is the kind of trial no one expects at our age. I can't imagine what you're feeling and going through, but you sound like you're being so strong!
