i got a $74 speeding ticket this morning on the way to helen hocker. i was running late and then a lady was too busy taking a drag on her cigarette to go when the light turned green, and so i was hurrying, actually i was going my usual speed of 45 on 10th st, but there was no one in front of me, and then this policeman jumps out into the street
