so i found myself watching the 700 club last night and pat robertson was talking about eminent domain and how "activist judges" are not ruling on the constitution and just making up laws. well apparently all the the judges are activist. if you're pro-abortion you're an activist and if you're for eminent domain you're activist. then he went on to
