I have a question for those of you who have been investigating the workings of the City: Does anyone age here?  The dead don't, but do the living?  That anyone would age in the City seems counterintuitive given the fact

Does hair growth indicate aging or is it yet another bizarre property of the City? I have difficulties imagining a scenario in which a being can be temporally and spatially displaced without suffering any physiological effects.

A few days ago. Turning seventeen for the third time didn't seem worth celebrating, but Shilo found out about it.
