Heh...word! I liked that one guy, or prolly group of guys, that were tagging all sorts of things in London last year, but their graffiti was really cool. It looked alot like the stuff in your 2nd pic there. If done well, graffiti has its own place as an art form, to me at least.

I totally think graffiti is an art form...at least the good stuff. It is guerrilla art. I love it!
