Now would the BAD brand of perverts also have perseverance? Or would that just be persistence?

Maybe "compulsion" is a better word.

Now my brain just tried to combine "compulsion" and "convulsion" ...

Although if I put all the letters together...

Well, a boss who commits perverseverance is a bad pervert, since it's not consensual. So both sides of the pervert "force" are covered, tied up, tickled, and adequately flogged, I think. (May still need to bite them a bit and use the steel claws on them, though ( ... )

i am brought to mind of a little quote i have on my refrigerator from days of yore that is somehow fitting:
