I just got back home about a half hour ago from work. A usually 30 minute trip took 2 hours...an would have taken much longer if not for the kindness of an anonymous good Samaritan. I was driving on a pretty busy highway, but there were areas of huge, deep drifts. I got stuck in an area where the drifts were deep, went on for about 1/4 mile and

I need to go out to get some groceries, but in town the roads are fine. I've got a ticket for a derby bout in Indy tonight--road condition reports show I-65 is fair to good driving the entire way, 52 is still quite bad, though.

I'd say that he has some serious good karma due to come back to him. I was floored at his selflessness. I plan on sending a note and a donation (because I know the department he said he volunteers with is in a big money pinch) to his department.
