"Anna, ya need to rest, honey. You've been sick for days. We'll cuff you to bed if we hafta and it won't be kinky or fun."
"Dean shouldn't be alone... he'll get killed..." Anna moaned, hand on her stomach as she stumbled to the bathroom to throw up again. Between sorrow and nausea, she hadn't left her bed much the last three days, let alone the two weeks since Dean left her behind.
Eva tried not to gag at the sounds coming from the bathroom. Lost in her own thoughts and worries -- what if she's pregnant? -- she missed the sound of their mother walking into the room, plastic bad in hand.
"Anna? Honey, mom's here. Can we come in?"
"Yeah, I'll--" And more heaving.
Adriana frowned at the sound and made her way into the small bathroom. She knew the moment Anna first woke up with morning sickness that her daughter was pregnant. Normally, this would be a joyous occasion, but sadly, it was the opposite.
"Anna, bambina, when you are able, please take these pregnancy tests."

"No!"
A scream pierced the silence in the apartment, followed shortly after by a devastated sob. Eva and Adriana rushed into the bathroom and gasped at the sight before them. Three positive pregnancy tests... and Anna curled up in the corner hugging her knees.
"No... no, no this can't be right..." Anna sobbed, rocking slowly as she lifted her head to look at her family. Tears streamed down her face as the reality set in and made her heart sink. Dean was gone. Sam and Ruby were dead. She was alone and pregnant? This wasn't how she wanted to do this. Anna wasn't ready to be a mother. Her baby needed a father in its life. She needed Dean. They needed Dean. And God, it hurt so much more knowing they made something beautiful and he was gone.
"Anna, what's wrong?"
"Mama... Sono incinta*."
