Who: OPEN
What: Event Log: Unchain Anima
Where: Wherever the heck Anima is.
When: After
this and about the same time as
this.
Notes: Same as the log below, I figure, since this is basically for everybody who ISN'T participating in the below post. Also, I'm sure some NPC will be needed to decide how many-if any-of the attempted attacks are effective. So, whoever's responsible for that, your presence would be appreciated...
Notes 2: We've got a few threads in which nothing is happening, really for no good reason at all; the people trying to break the chains and the people trying to stop them aren't interacting a ton. Try some interaction! If you're a chain-breaker, respond to some of the "ARE YOU CRAZY?" jabs. If you're against the chain-breakers, jump into their threads and try to deflect their attacks. Otherwise we're just gonna have the protesters standing off by themselves taunting the chain-breakers as they go merrily on their way, without any interaction. Which is a little silly.
Notes 3: An update: 2 of the 5 chains have snapped, and Anima's begun throwing her weight around, too. One more chain and she might be able to free herself. Whether your character's for or against having her get free, better hurry!
What a lovely monster this is. Designed simply and purely to inspire raw terror. Madara's compliments to whoever had imagined her up.
And such a shame that she should be chained up, kept under control by some unknown master. (And such a shame that her captivity was the sole thing keeping him and everyone else trapped in this hideous illusory world called "Nuadoria." ... Or so Madara thinks.)
It's the least he can do to set the creature free. (Just so that he himself can recapture her and harness her power later. Or so Madara thinks.)
He's not sure how much of his Sharingan's powers are available to him in "Nuadoria" (he's fairly sure he can't see through illusions), but he knows the greater techniques of the Mangekyou Sharingan are completely locked away from him. In addition, his chakra levels are far lower than they should be... This will be more difficult than his typical battles. But, on the other hand, if all he has to do is snap a few flimsy chains holding down a beast that's actively trying to escape...
Still standing on the building from which he called for the rest of the city to join his battle, with his as-yet unnoticed familiar fearfully fluttering its wings behind him, Madara ties an exploding tag to the handle of a kunai and throws it towards one of Anima's chains. "And let the game begin."
