[Kadaj is unamused. So he does what seems like the most logical answer.]

Brother?

[It must be Cloud's fault somehow and if he can't get answers, he'll stalk around and resort to mindless violence instead.]

{LMFAO NO WHY IS IT HIS FAULT.

He's been wandering a little in hopes of finding Tifa, ever since he woke up in a room with a stranger. He'd dismissed himself (not like Itachi seemed to mind) and started exploring the hotel, looking around for any signs of oddity but so far having found none.

And no sign of Tifa, either. Which bothered him. He'd checked the communicator again, finally having noticed the little section of names and room numbers listed, which helped. Currently, he was on his way back from where ever he was with plans to head towards this Room 205 (that was actually closer to him than he would have initially thought he'd find her-if he found her anywhere.).

Cloud pauses in his walk, at the entrance of the hallway, hearing that echo.

And he says nothing, simply furrowing his brow and peers up, wondering for just a second if his head could be playing tricks of him.

Not so lucky.]

[IT JUST IS OKAY.

Kadaj is a little relieved. At least he knows he wasn't eaten by Sephiroth. Having yet to run into Cloud, he wonders if maybe Cloud had been taken instead. It's a stupid, impossible thought and he knows it, but it's still enough for him to giggle in a way that's sadistic and innocent all at once.]

Brother! Where are you?

[ The quick flourish of blood; a sliced-up ribcage and eviscerated gut with blood pumping from the severed arteries that were keeping the doorman breathing and beating.

Blood pooled from the now-drained veins, and Magato withdrew his combat knife, inserting it back in his hoister.

What a joke...

It was a dog eat dog world, and right now he felt like his hind legs were broken from the restriction that this new and constricting hotel. One minute the world ended (In such a disappointing way.) and now he woke up in a cage.

Lips set in a grin, and the blood was an intoxicating scent. And the footsteps that came next echoing throughout the main lobby were only replied with a side-glance. ]

[(What? What happened?) His hand touched his forehead as he walked around the hallways and felt that he should call out to someone, but isn't sure if anyone is even around. (Did I die? For real? Is this Heaven, or is it--?)

Nearly tripping over his own feet, he holds the side of the wall and looks up to thankfully see a familiar face. A smile breaks out before it faded completely to see what happened to the person on the ground. He took a step back as his hand came over his mouth in horror, like he would be sick at any moment, but he instead quickly walked over to Magato.]

Mister Magato...! I can't believe that this person ... this person was killed. I'm so glad that you're all right! The killer must have run off somewhere. Where could they...?

[He stared down at the person before sitting down and putting his hand over their eyes. His hands folded in a little prayer -- he didn't know what to say. Really the knowledge he had on religion and the like was fuzzy at best, but he didn't like the idea of saying nothing for this poor ( ... )

[ Wasn’t it obvious -- ? The dead body laying on the ground in a puddle of blood and guts galore, exposed innards and ribs caved in with ruptured organs and muscle being torn from the skin with Magato towering over it, his skull veiled by the material of his hoodie and leather garb glossed with blood.

It was when he heard the voice that called to him, Magato canted his neck with little interest in Eike’s existence, ( -- his gaze sliding up and down the other’s frame.) and he only let out a sharp bark of laughter. ]

Aah. I know you. [ Pause; realization said that he shouldn’t have expected much from the village idiot. ] -- It’s been a while, babe. [ Another pause, another sharp inhale of breath and the tip of his boot nudged at the lifeless arm that went limp on the ground. ] A little sad, isn’t it. How this was the most important day in his life. [ But sympathies weren’t Magato’s forte. ]So -- what’s a good-looking guy like you doing in a place like this? A pretty face like yours could be confused with a girl’s, you know. The killer ( ... )

FOR VOICE CALLS! expergisci October 18 2010, 04:51:27 UTC
for telephone calls to different rooms :) please put the room #s involved. You can do three way or conference calls for the sake of CR! C:

Please note the approximate time of the call (just keep it before 7PM until an event header thread is posted C: and no, it doesn't have to be in sync with calls before it (so if the thread before you was said to be done at 2PM, you can do any time before 2PM as well as 2PM itself and later on.)

[This isn't a phone call and it's hackable/listenable to if a character happens to notice that a small blinking icon on their communicators is indicating having found a live signal. So, they're welcome to interrupt if they like, but:]

There are unidentified people roaming this place.

[The voice on the other end of the line is cold and succinct.]

A significant number of individuals not on the execution list. The three intended targets tonight have been confirmed to have remained somewhere about the vicinity but there are now at least an additional twenty... potential witnesses... present as well.

[a pause.]

We haven't seen them here before today.

MAGATO & HAZAMA; 7 PM SHARP extratemporal October 27 2010, 01:33:43 UTC
[ For as shitty as things had become, and for as much of a waste as his planning turned out to be after the world ate its own asshole, the outcome was starting to turn around in a pretty interesting, unexpected way. In a way it reminded him of the Continuum Shift, the result of the neverending loop instigated at home, but lucky, lucky him, this time he had the freedom to control it openly.

And standing there, driving the business end of his balisong up into a bellboy's sternum until his eyes got a little bit foggy and bloody sputtered wetly out of his silently moving mouth and Hazama couldn't keep his laughter down and back behind his lips any more, it wasn't actually killing the sorry little fuck that was doing so much for his mood. It was just everything surrounding it. The context of killing this dumb kid for kicks, kicking him off the knife and letting him smack to the cold floor, the thing that made it not just a random act of murder but a building processHe was part of a string of deaths, it seemed, all killed by knife, all ( ... )

[ STAFF ONLY: How could Magato resist the utter temptation of breaking those two simple rules. It was easy enough; walk around the front desk, see the body of a bellboy's that was sprawled out with guts and innards leaking from a sliced up gut and torn bones of sternum, it almost looked -- poetic. Magato could have gone into the details (Such as it being dead for only a hour or two, the body still reeking of the fresh corpse, a familiar scent that Magato reminisced as that new car smell) But Magato wasn't about to do himself all over a necrophiliac's wet dream while it was still stirring in its own juices, sack and lips and all.

-- But he wasn't going to lie, it was nice to see someone had the right idea. No matter how trivial or irrational it was to murmur someone out of barbaric indulgence; everyone missed the point, it just felt good.So - what was Magato going to do now? He wasn't Eike, he wasn't about to parade around in a dress all decked up in a whore's skin in hopes the killer was going to come to them. No, he was going to go ( ... )

[ Already on their second date? ... It had to be his lucky day.

Hazama stopped the moment he heard that voice ring out, and he looked over his shoulder slowly, already smiling, his feet grinding wetly on the cold concrete when he turned to face him. Looking a little different there, Magato, and Hazama was no idiot; he knew the tension of someone itching for a fight, for fun or otherwise, but that wasn't really what he'd call a problem; they had time, didn't they? Who the hell else was going to think to come down here ( ... )

☑ TIME DURATION: (BETWEEN 7:01 PM TO 7:11 PM)

[Toilet flushed before the lights turned off. Dan allows a bemused expression to cross his face as he wonders what the fuck is going on now. Here he had been fine just waiting in his room, drinking the blood that he had got off Heine, and waiting for whatever little game was coming around now. Hands glossed the sink to wash up, before guiding his way out to find the exit.

Goddamn these people.]

[Spike had the same idea after the lights went out -- finally leaving the room to wander the halls (that may or may not exist). Only difference is he's going up instead of down. Doesn't matter much where he goes when he couldn't tell which direction those screams came from. No telling if he's trying to get closer to them, or further away.

When he thinks he sees someone down the hall, he nearly waves until he recognizes who it is. Instead he says nothing, keeps his hands in his pockets, and stands to the side for him to pass by. Funny he'd show up right after someone got murdered.

At least now he knows he's in the right place.]
