Sorry for the wait, guys. 9 AM .... 12:30 PM... what's the difference, right? Right.... ?? :(
Ahh, anyway a few things you need to know oocly of muspelheim.
1. This is the fire elemental plane that the Fire Magister Dai pretty much rules. He's at his strongest, if not moreso. The opposite goes for the Ice Magister, he is at his weakest.
2.This also applies to your characters. Fire magic they already have or fire element your character has gained by obtaining a gestalt will be 110% powerful. Basically, not restrictions on fire magic whatsoever. Ice/water users are not so lucky, have a -30% penalty to their ice/water magic powers.
It's not known ICly this time around (lilith usually has data), but your characters can/will find out this on their own. So implement the knowledge ICly however best works for you.
3.The air is very heavy and hard to breathe in, but is currently harmless (which is not always the case for this). It's very hot, and all the other things you can imagine what a fire elemental version of the city would look like.
4. The two monsters are aggressive and will stalk/try to kill your characters. If you wish to engage in a fight with them in a log, you're allowed to play them as you wish/incorporate them into your posts. They're not bunny rabbits, but they are not overly powerful at this point in time. So your characters should be able to dispose of them more easily than not.
5.As far as the zones in the city, they are slowly starting to change. yellow is starting to change slowly to red and green zones are slowly starting to change to yellow. (see here for maps of the zones).
6. The zone changes are in effect (changing color to become more dangerous) except, the church and the fountain. Those two will be safe havens. If Muspelheim stays active (planes are active or dormant. They cover the city when they're active. When they're dormant they leave it alone) long enough, though, they will change. No worries, though, you'll get an update on that should it happen.
