I answered yes, but it's basically a yes if everyone else is comfortable with this! I'm only on LJ for one reason these days, and that's RP, so it's a very unsentimental thing for me to take myself and move elsewhere.
I understand that you're possibly talking about a fair financial loss in terms of paid accounts, too, so if that's an issue we should probably talk that out. Also keeping in mind that some of you guys are perhaps finding it nigh impossible to post, that'll be an important deciding factor, too.
We're a really little group, so we need to make sure everyone can use the service. As far as I'm concerned, if even one person is having trouble posting, that's ample reason to talk about a move.
Pretty in favor of DW, actually. As someone who has a couple games, there, the admins are very nice and accommodating--as well as being willing to help out new RPs with account codes and the like. But either way, I'm staying with AT, so whatever is preferred. =)
--Oh, as a side thing, I would also say to possibly wait for a couple weeks. I don't... really believe they'll fix everything, but it's kind to give them the chance at least.
I'm good with waiting a while! I think we could give it a while longer and just see, since we're not the kind of group that'd end up in a lurch over this.
But though LJ's working on repairing their problems with this code, I think there are things they aren't going to repair (like some phone incompatibility) just because the idea of coding like this is fundamentally incompatible; they'd have to start all over again. They can probably fix problems users are having with browsers which is the biggest hurdle, but I'm not sure it's going to become visually any easier on the eyes. :(
Yeah, from catching up on my news, I would actually half take what I said back. Good with moving, and whenever you like, no need to wait. They don't seem to care too much about their clientele, so might as well do a clean break and not drag it out. =/
