parents strive to find that line between the two, and its very hard because its a very thin line. they want you to go out and explore and have fun, but they also dont want you doing stupid shit that will fuck you up in the process. i might drive to CO alone to see my relatives in august. my mom is against it, but im probably going to do it anyway, they have to say something or else they feel like they're being shitty parents
