In my awesome, disabled free time from my wisdom teeth pulling, I have become betty crocker.

I made triple chocolate cheesecake. from scratch.
and its delicious.

I can't even make cookies, and I somehow, successfully, without an electric mixer, made cheesecake... from scratch.

I'm so proud.
