Question about Jump Festa 2013

1) Where is this being held at?
2) How would you be able to go? (Pre-order ticket, show up and buy a ticket...? Can get in free into the exhibit hall and not the events?)

2. The hall's website says general admission is free. I haven't seen anything that says otherwise (but I haven't searched around for too long so don't take my word for it 100%). But you better be packing money to splurge on all that merchandise ;D

My plane lands in Osaka on December 20th :(
If I can figure out the cost of the train ride from there to Makuhari Messe and my friend wants to go too, I would totally hit it up!

Otherwise, I wasn't going to Tokyo until Dec 27th or 28th because my brother doesn't get out break until the 26th and he's in Kyoto.

Believe me, I'm ooogling at the merchandise right now.

I've never been to Japan so I can't exactly vouch for this, but if you search "Osaka/[your hotel address] to 幕張メッセ" in Google maps, you can enter what time you want to arrive and it'll spit out a route with fares and estimated time.

Someone who actually has experience travelling Japan would be of more help ;w;""

JUST POPPING IN HERE TO SAY:

Unless you have the JR Pass, it'd be incredibly expensive to go all the way up there from Osaka because you'd be wanting to take the shinkansen if you just wanted to go for a day trip before you actually headed up - the bus takes like, nine hours :P If you do have the JR Pass, though, DEFINITELY GO :D

If I locate this box of cookies outside of the Festa ('cause I have NO idea how much transportation will cost to Tokyo from Osaka and I already am going to Tokyo with my brother once he goes on break... and paying for three train trips is a bit pricey), I will buy you a box. I can afford a 800 yen box :)

Now, the clearfiles (see latest post) have the same art, but you have to buy the set of 12 and I would want to keep Yagyuu (I don't mind you nabbing Kite and Niou and another friend would want Shiraishi). I'll let you know what I find out about getting them outside of the event.
