Not a good day. I went on a 2-ish hour trash pickup walk with my environmental club. The entire time I was feeling dizzy/lightheaded from all the walking but anywho...we went for pizza afterwards. I avoided the pizza but bought myself a chicken parm sub. Uck. I mean it's better than pizza but I still felt like shit afterwards. Still, eating that

Your day sounds a bit like mine, yesterday. I got tonnes of good exercise, but ended up eating a bunch of carby food. I think it balanced out, which is good, but I just hate that I've been the same weight all week!
