My grandmother has the same problem with comcast here - they have the contract for her assisted living facility. And she's had a LOT of problems with very little help from comcast regarding them - I wish she could get Knology, but there is that same contract thing that's blocking you.
I mean, I get that Danielle gets it for free so it's worth it to find someplace that doesn't tell you who to have, but I'd choose Knology over Comcast;) Unless! Danielle has supermega Comcast in Knoxville Powers and she can fix things for my grandmother - that'd be sweet;)
Depends, does she have anything extra other than basic? Cause if not the reason she's having problems is her apartment complex won't authorize the necessary work. Most places like that have bulk accounts that the complex manages. You only get your own personal account if you add extras in.
