I write this little affirmation that has been hanging up above my mirror and have read it daily since august of this year, and it's been really comforting to see and repeat everyday. Here it is. If you benefit from it, or even smile when you read it then its done its job.
I am good enough
And smart enough.
All the beauty
And wisdom
And grace
And peace
And love
The universe has ever contained
Lives within me.
My Higher Power loves me
And I love myself.
Nothing anyone does
Or doesn't do
Ever changes how beautiful I am
Or how precious I am
Both inside and out.
