I just met a Talking Mouse yesterday, and I gotta say yeah, the talking animal thing is seriously surreal. Which, now that I stop to think about it, is sort of odd considering all the other stuff I think is normal.

That's kind of what I'm saying. Everyone mentions all the weird and crazy stuff that happens here, so I don't think what I am should even register.

I guess it's just what you're used to, you know? Socialization and stuff like that. It's even that way with little things, not just the big stuff. Like, a friend of mine puts mayo on her peanut butter sandwiches? To me that's way stranger than any talking animal.

Not really. Sora's best friends are Donald and Goofy - a duck and a dog, and ... Real Thing had King Mickey help him out, and the King's a mouse, so a hedgehog isn't all that strange.

Yeah, my world had a lot of animals like you, and even though I've been to a few, I guess there's a lot more out there than I imagined, where animals like you aren't really common.
