I totally returned two Christmas gifts today. I brought back two tops that were given to me and bought the most ridiculous sparkly top. It's got sequins all over it. Awesome ( Read more... )

Congrats on the divorce! I think congrats are needed, even though there's probably a tiny piece of sadness in you for it.

It's a hard life for the lazy. I have to force myself to do stuff when I'm not working too. *sigh* Time for another nap. I need to see Jumper too. I hear it's totally slashy. ;-)

I apologize in advance for any movie rec you don't agree with. Apparently my taste in movies suck LOL!

And thank you! Maybe I just need a bit of time before the celebration.

Jumper looks just like my kind of movie - don't apologise! I would have seen it without the rec. One man's art is another man's toilet! And vice-versa. Take Lost in Translation - what was that about?

omg, YOU ARE SO RIGHT. I can't stand that movie! I was like, wtf? Is this movie supposed to have a point? Why is everyone so depressed??

WOW! Officially! When did this happen and why did I have to read about it on LJ? This makes me sad. But I'm happy for you, even if you like 'Jumper'. Have you seen 'Babylon AD'? It's such a crap movie I know you'll love it. (btw, 'Riddick' was on the other day and I couldn't bring myself to watch it... I tried explaining the plot to Pete when I realized it's really unexplainable and undefendable.)

Yeah, I really should phone you more often. But I have a crap cell plan during the day. I can't even call my mom until 7. I haven't seen Babylon AD, I hear it's a steaming turd. It will probably be on my list of favorites soon.

TCOR is fantastic, if you love sci fi. Then you watch the special features and realize Vin talks like a girl in rl...it's weird.

Are you on Virgin Mobile? What plan do you have? We should compare notes cause I get unlimited minutes between 4 pm and 10 pm... but only 200 minutes during the day. I never use my phone during the day cause I'm at work. This plan suits me well. Maybe there's a better one for you than what you have now.

I'm on Virgin, around 20-25 dollars a month, free after 7 pm and weekends. 30 cents a minute before that. I think it's something like a thousand free texts a month. It suits me, from what I hear other people are paying!

OMG girl I SO understand. I sent in my divorce filing fees this week (didn't realize they weren't part of the astronomical amount I'm paying an attorney), and it was very surreal.

I'd be curious to know how much we both spent. Mine was around a grand. I didn't think I could afford it but then decided it was worth it! I can't believe we used to talk when you were still married. Weird, huh? :(
