So I'm trying to put together a going away party. I was thinking of hosting it @ some restaurant, a come-and-go type of thing. I would love to have a big banner or something for people to sign messages on and stuff...umm ( Read more... )

I would suggest doing it at a coffee-house-type-atmosphere place (like... maybe a coffee house? :p )That way it can be low-key, easily come and go, you don't have to pay any reservation fee or anything, and if people want to buy something for themselves (or you!) to munch on or drink it is in small parcels and is, thus, affordable for most.
As for neat ideas, I will let you know after test time is over (exam 2 of 2 this week will be done at noon tomorrow)
If you get this before 11am tomorrow, chuck some majix my way. they have been ever-so-helpful

Coffee house isn't a bad idea. I'm not a big drinker...but I have lots of friends that are. Hmm.... I look forward to hearing more about your ideas :)

What about at Henry's . . . Upstairs. Then people could have coffee or real drinks.

You are not allowed to leave! Let me know when and where it is. Coffee house sounds good not starbucks though, Or any place that has margaritas.
