I'm trying to file a report of abuse, and when I fill out everything needed, it keeps telling me that there is an error - to go back and correct things. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Can someone help me out please?

there's a strange bug about "please enter problem summary" that we haven't been able to totally identify. just use the "other" option. ;)
