It's in the TOS in the form of their "we can suspend you whenever we want" clause. They told you not to do something and you did it and you got suspended.

SO basically... the abuse team told you not to contact someone or your account would be terminated. You violated the order and your account got suspended. Now you're mad.

For the lastest babble in here re: no contact orders, see this post (but ffs ignore all the hoo-har over my use of pic's - it got amazingly pathetic). There's probably more elsewhere, but that's as far back as I can be arsed to search, and that was only 'cause you've got loki in your user name. Feel free to do your own research in the comm. though.
