Propper LJ_abuse wank?

Okay, so...I was at work, minding my own business when I got a text message from my friend stating that hers, mine and another's journals have all been suspended. One friend got suspended for breaking a "no contact agreement." Okay, I guess we can be at terms with that. The other friend got suspended for "being the first person." I think it's fricking outrageous that they haven't even told you why you've been suspended. Holy WTF.

Actually only a couple, but there are lots of other daaes and christinedaaes and variations on the name on LJ. But maybe I could use some more.

Have any of you at any point shared an email address or a domain? They permabampersand every account associated with my old domain when they suspended my old account.

Me too, but I don't count.

I really don't know why they bother having a policy document when their actual actions so expressly conflict with it.

Yes...I got an email from them stating: "We apologize for the error. A journal with a similar name has been suspended and unfortunately, your journal was suspended instead. We have reinstated your journal and apologize for both the error and any inconvenience caused to you by this."
