Hey, I'm sorry this has taken a while to get posted--I was made a moderator recently and saw this was sitting in the queue since last year.

To answer your question, I haven't experienced this myself, but being one in therapy, I always think it is a good idea and I think you know that too considering that you've been in it before.

I'm sure this is a moot point, give you were looking for input last year, but there it is.

u may need some one to talk to. My sis is LMFT u have to worry about secondary post traumatic syndrome. Check face book to see if they have a therapist site or folk who are therapist. You may want to take some classes dealing with trauma, family and marriage therapy. One book in her collection is Dance of Anger, Toxic parents and I have seen her and her friends travel the isles of book stores looking for stuff they use in their practice.

Oh i AM GOING TO SEE A SHRINK SO i WILL PASS ON ANYTHING THEY GIVE ME TO READ. wE CAN ALSO TALK IN pPMS IF YOU NEED A SOUNDING BOARD.
