Some may wonder what is
this about? a new blog of singer's GACKTsan? Well, no, sorry :(
For now I'm here to impress you with my cooking skills, and to share a recipe. A
sweet one at that <3
So this is a cake recipe. Hopefully I'll find some pics on
the net of what it is supposed to look like. Don't get me wrong, i did take pics
of it, since it looke dso cute and all, but it seems i lost the wire to connect
the camera to the PC, so it's a bit useless :(
Must say that I use more
sugar than the recipe says, it's just fine, only that if oyu are already chubby,
you shouldn't. And especially if you suffer of diabetes, you should not try it
out either :( I am afraid i do suffer of it, I didn't go to the doctor to make
sure, but I have some symptoms, so, one can never know for sure. :(
So
the recipe goes like this, and I give you the quantities I use also

7 eggs, 1 cup sugar (I use like 3 cups, I believe...otherwise it tastes like
bread :( and you don't want that), 7 spoons water (i don't know if milk works too, I didn't check it out
yet), 7 spoons sun-flower oil (I use about 5, but not less, and most definitely
more than 7, and I try not to use different type of oil), 1 and a 1/2 cups white
flour, 1 or 2 teaspoons of cocoa[not more than 3, but you can give it up if you
like], vanilla sugar or essence ( i used vanilla essence, a whole 10ml bottle,
but it wasn't a very good brand, however it did it's job properly. If you like
it more scented, feel free to use more of it, especially if you give up the
cocoa), backing powder (I use a whole teaspoon of it..here you can find small
sachets of it, but I forgot the quantity). If you want some fruits, whipped cream,
lemon cream or almost any flavor topping (I used lemon one)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mousse the egg whites(until they get really
though, about 5 minute, or more? in a pretty large bowl - I used one of 5 liters
quantity, you end up with lots of compound :) ); mix the water and all the sugar,
and then put it over a small fire so that the sugar melts;
add this HOT sweet 'sauce' over the moussed whites; mix well. Add the egg yolks,
oil, flour, vanilla and baking powder. Mix it all really well. It should be
really puffy, sweet -if you're one of those who tastes the compound,
I do! HAHA ~.~
For the best results, I use an oven pan 4cm deep, 25cm long and 16cm
wide, and I end up with 2 such cakes. I added fruits in it (no seeds). I saved
a part to mix with cocoa and I put equal quantity of cocoa compound on top, just
letting it drop from a teaspoon, or a fork, for a pretty design :)

I let it in the oven for about an hour, until it was
completely baked. Now it depends greatly on the oven type you have.
When
it was done, it looked like this, more but more puffy and taller (this one was
done in a wider oven pan, and had no fruits:
Then i cut it into squares, and the squares i cut
horizontally in half. Then on the bottom half I added lemon cream, then the top
half, lemon cream again and then whipped cream and a piece of fruit.

It can be easily prepared
